Syck LLC is a New Jersey company. You can reach us at hello@syck.com. This policy covers syck.com only. Our product Reperform has its own privacy policy at reperform.finance/privacy.
2. WHAT WE COLLECT
syck.com has no accounts, no contact forms, and no advertising trackers. We collect no personal information beyond standard server logs, the IP address and browser information your device sends to any website, which our hosting provider records to operate the site. If you email us, we receive what you choose to send.
3. COOKIES
The site sets only the functional cookies required by our hosting platform to serve it. We set no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
4. HOW WE USE INFORMATION
We use server logs to keep the site running and secure, and email to respond to you. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for ad targeting.
5. THIRD PARTIES
Our website hosting provider and our email provider process the data above on our behalf to deliver the site and our correspondence. We share personal information with no one else.
6. RETENTION & YOUR CHOICES
Email inquiries are kept only as long as needed to respond and follow up. To ask what we hold about you or to request deletion, email hello@syck.com.
7. CHILDREN
syck.com is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
